This is the Works Foreman or perhaps he’s the Head of Stores. I’m not sure, but he’s important. He’s got a clipboard. In the 1950’s anyone with a clipboard was important.

I suppose he could be the Time and Motion Man. However, I’d rather not have one on my layout. They might point out how inefficient my modelling is 🙂
