While relaxing and pottering at home during the holidays it has become clear that I have far too many unfinished projects. The backlog even includes two unfinished layouts!

I’ve resolved to concentrate on completing one of them, Thomas and Sons.

To help me focus I made a simple plan, listing the main tasks to be done and estimating how long each one will take. To be honest the timelines are very much a ‘guesstimate’, modelling is a hobby and the time available is influenced by all the other things in my life. However, it’s good to have a plan and creating it has shown that completing the layout by the end of the year looks feasible, if I apply myself!
