Today, my ‘Dad’s Taxi’ duties took me to near March in Cambridgeshire.
By coincidence the March & District Model Railway Club were holding an open day. Some opportunities are too good to resist…
There were several layouts, lots of modelling demonstrations and a huge trade stand with a wide selection of OO and N gauge stock.
I had lots of interesting conversations with different modellers, a nice cup of tea, some tasty cake and a delicious bacon roll.
Now that’s what I call a good day out 🙂
Many thanks to the March club for organising a friendly, enjoyable event.
