Too Subtle ?

I’ve built a second 16mm narrow gauge flat wagon using a Hudson tipper chassis.

I did try to make it different from the first one — narrower planking and a more lightly weathered chassis.

On reflection, though, the differences aren’t exactly obvious…

Perhaps the simplest way to tell them apart in the shunting puzzle will be to give each wagon a different load.

Was that the obvious solution all along?

  1. Hi Steve, In a word yes! No doubt your cycle computer from China with a daily saying from Mowe may well have come up with this from his address as the 7th Chairman of the Mowe & District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, “We did the unthinkable, and it worked out.”which I think sums up the wagon situation to a t!
I trust I now qualify for the most off the wall comment so far award!
    Nice wagons by the way!

    • Hi Woody,
It’s not often people tell me I’m subtle !
You make a good point here – I need an accountant to help me design my wagons 🙂
Definitely the most off the wall comment this year….. so far….
